When I started learning meditation one of the lessons was that you will always have a “cloudy” day. Basically this means not every day is great, sometimes they will suck. To get through them, however, remember the sun is always up there. It might take a few days, but the clouds will part and there will be the sun again!

On a walk one day, there it was, in chalk, a reminder. Sure, the reminder wasn’t meant for me, it appears it was meant for some folks doing a run, or training for a run. I didn’t care, I looked at it and said, “Yea, I am a rockstar!”

In the winter we have to put booties on our dog, Milo, to protect his feet. Red booties or not, Milo still likes to ponder life every now and then.
Go ahead and take a minute or two and ponder life. If it helps buy some red booties. It seems to help Milo.

I don’t know why I can spot them anywhere, and it’s really gross, but I see dental floss picks a lot. Look, I appreciate good oral hygiene, but be better than the other person and actually throw your dental floss pick in the garbage instead of on the ground.
